Calex Partners Advises Acorn Health on its Acquisition of Breakthrough Behavior

Calex served as the exclusive financial advisor to Acorn Health

Acorn Health, a national provider of applied behavior analysis for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, announces the acquisition of seven centers—six in Florida and one in Virginia—expanding its service area to better serve families.

These seven centers were acquired from Breakthrough Behavior and take Acorn to 14 in Florida and 13 in Virginia. Calex Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to Acorn Health.
