ChanceLight Behavioral Health, a leading national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related behavioral health services, was acquired by an undisclosed buyer.

ChanceLight Behavioral Health serves children with autism and related disorders in 6 states in centers, homes and schools.

ChanceLight Behavioral Health was a subsidiary of ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy & Education, a portfolio company of The Halifax Group.
