Chanie Rubin is co-founder and Chief Quality Officer at Proud Moments ABA, the Northeast’s largest provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. She is a passionate, dedicated clinician executive and thought leader with expertise in industry best practices, regulatory trends, payor negotiations, and operational processes. A strategic thinker and business accelerator, she has successfully scaled the Proud Moments business to its current state operating in nine states nationwide, having led 10+ de novo site launches and multiple acquisition integrations.

Prior to her years as an executive, Ms. Rubin developed her on-the-ground clinical expertise as a behavior analyst, therapist, consultant and Professor in the field of ABA, where she designed child-centered training experiences for staff, family members, and children. She holds a Bachelors’ degree in behavior science and a Masters’ degree in Special Education from Mercy College and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
