Gryphon Investors Acquires LEARN Behavioral

Jon Krieger and his team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Gryphon Investors

Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, acquired LEARN Behavioral from LLR Partners. LEARN Behavioral is a leading network of providers serving children with autism and other special needs. LLR and senior management will maintain minority stakes alongside Gryphon.

LEARN Behavioral serves more than 4,000 families in 23 states with personalized behavioral treatment services for autism and related disorders in a variety of settings, including the home, dedicated centers, and at school. The partnership will accelerate the Company’s next phase of growth with Gryphon’s financial and operational resources.
